Couples counseling is available when both partners are Emory enrolled students. Couples counseling can help you achieve greater health in your relationship in the context of a private, non-judgmental space. Common topics include communication, conflict resolution, trust, sexuality, and learning how to get needs met in healthier ways. Counseling can help you enhance your relationship or, with thoughtfulness and respect, to go your separate ways. The goal-oriented therapy model also applies to couples counseling. Students who are engaged at individual therapy at CAPS can inquire about community referrals for couple’s therapy as needed.
