To support the academic mission of the university, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides free and confidential mental health support to help students thrive as they matriculate through Emory. These services include initial assessments, crisis intervention, individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, community referrals, stress management/biofeedback classes, and workshops focused on teaching better anxiety management and emotion regulation skills.

CAPS clinical services are available to regularly enrolled, fully registered Emory undergraduate, graduate, and professional school students. Emory University employees can access support services through Emory's Faculty Staff Assistance Program.
